On Faith & Frequency — The Righteous Rockers Experience with Wayne Stoddart

Hello, and welcome back to The Roc Journal.

This past Sunday I had the joy of sitting down with Wayne Stoddart on the Righteous Rockers Experience, broadcasting on WMNF 88.5FM in Tampa.

It was such a lovely conversation. We got to talk about faith, which is so close to the heart of this music and this journey. There is something special about being given room to speak on the things that truly matter, and Wayne and his co-host held that space beautifully.

They said the kindest thing about the soothing nature of my voice, which touched me deeply. That is exactly what I hope the music does for people: brings a little peace, a little calm, a little liberation.

They played Safe & Sound and They Try, and hearing those songs go out over the Tampa airwaves was a real blessing.

Thank you, Wayne Stoddart and the whole Righteous Rockers family, for the love and for making space for faith and for this music.

This is what liberation feels like: honest conversation, good music, and a voice that carries peace.

Signing off with much love, Jahmi Roc 🌿
